The main components refined from the wasted food are: insoluble foodfibres; juices; bio-active ingredients. The remainder is suitable for cattle feed or bio-energy. The new technologies developed by Provalor are suitable to operate on-site of the foodprocessor in order to process the wasted food on-site in order to eliminate transportmilage and make the foodprocessor responsible for his own waste.
