The University of Parma presents Noshan at the International Conference on Foodomics

Italian partner introduces the scope of the project in the meeting for academic and industrial scientists involved in food and nutrition research

Last 22nd to 24th of May was held in Cesena the third edition of the International Conference on FoodOmics, the scientific forum where academic and industrial scientists involved in food and nutrition research will discuss about the most recent advances in the “omics” approach.

On the occasion of the Foodomics conference, the University of Parma presented the Noshan project in front of the audience, arousing the interest of the attendees.

Noshan investigates the process and technologies needed to use food waste for feed production at low cost, low energy consumption and with maximal valorisation of starting wastes.
